Snow Ireland Christmas 2024. Met eireann have revealed when and where snow is expected to hit ireland once again as the nation continues to brace for wintry conditions. The meteorological service has forecasted spells of ‘cold polar air’ over.

Ireland occasionally sees a few days of snow, but it rarely accumulates. All department offices, including intreo centres and branch offices, will be closed on 25 and 26 december 2024 and 1 january 2025.
